On a whim, Jerod suggested that we pack up and head to Branson for the weekend so the 3 of us could get away and have a fun little family trip. We stayed at a little hole in the wall place called The Alpenrose. It was cheap and clean, so it did the trick. We figured we'd be able to check in and put Maddy down for the night since it was about 9:30pm...past her bedtime. As you can see, she was hamming it up and was rearin' and ready to go! It was like she was saying "No night-night for me!"
